We guarantee that BiciBella.com is one of the best semi-used & used store to purchase your bike, and we stand behind our products.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

BiciBella sell merchandise "as is" and all sales are final. We do not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store. No exceptions. Please read Issues with Shipped Products below.

READ AVAILABLE PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

Please read all item descriptions before purchasing them. Most bicycle/gear items we carry are used and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. However, these aspects are not defects but normal wear and tear, therefore the reduce price tag.

PRODUCT COLORS

 

Monitors show brighter colors; actual bicycle/gear colors may vary. BiciBella does not warrant the color of the bicycle/gear.

PRODUCT SIZES

 

Sizes displayed on bicycles/gear are only for reference and might not be considered standard across all brands. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size or color.

Our products may have scratches, minor dents, paint faded paint, shift gear noises, perhaps minor gear adjustment may be necessary, and brake noises. Nothing that your local mechanic or yourself can fix. We strive to provide high-quality used, well-taken care bicycles/gear at a lower price. We want our clients to enjoy the outdoors, riding, and exercising without breaking the piggy bank.

All our bicycles are carefully inspected, clean, and repaired if needed. After that, it is up to each client to send their bike for a tune-up if necessary.

No exchanges or returns are allowed. All sales are final. No exceptions.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

The bicycle you bought is unique. We sell bicycles/gear that someone else lightly used and cared for. Our products are considered clearance merchandise. That is why the reduced price. For the convenience of our customers, we can't return these to the manufacturers. We would have to incur at least 30% additional cost to entertain any returns, which means we will have to pass the price back to you, the customer.

 

So instead, we ask you to make sure you are buying the product you will keep and use. Once again - All sales are final, with No exceptions. Please read Issues with Shipped Products below.

Issues with Shipped Products

IF YOU NEED TO PROCESS A RETURN BECAUSE DAMAGED GOODS AFTER SHIPPED

 

Bici Bella considers every product shipped to our clients on a one-to-one basis. Not all cases are the same. Be sure that, after investigation, if the issue is directly related to the shipping process, Bici Bella will work with you and our shipping partner to come to a satisfying resolution.

Thank you for shopping with Bici Bella. We are committed to selling premium products of excellent quality. However, if you find issues after your bicycle arrives to you related to shipping, follow our guidelines below:

 

1. Please take pictures for proof of the box, the untouched condition of the packaging, and the wrapped product.

2. Please contact customer service at (870) 351-6119 and email us at bicibellainfo@gmail.com with your explanation and pictures of the packaging and wrapped product. 

 

Please DO NOT TRY TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK without Return Authorization Code and INSTRUCTIONS on how to return the product to Bici Bella.

3. Once we accept the return and provide you with a Return Authorization Code, make a copy of the packing slip that came with the order or any email correspondence with your order number. If there is no paperwork in the package, we cannot confirm the order information and will not be able to process your return. Then, write on that document the Return Authorization Code provided to you.

4. Prepare the product to be sent back. Please use the original packaging to return the unused product in the unaltered condition you received, including the original packaging documents and tags.

5. Fill out the bottom portion of the packing slip you received with your package, explaining the condition you received the product. If you have lost this packing slip, please fill out and include our Return Order Form in the package you ship to us so we can refund your order.
